Refunds (if applicable)
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
- Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty, we’ll offer you a full refund. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
- Not delivered on time: We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Please allow 3-5 days to receive a tracking number while your order is collected, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time (Domestic US) is 10-15 business days and International is 15-30 business days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different collectors, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you Feel free to contact us by [email protected] if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.
- Wrong size received If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 10% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
- Timing for a return All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
Can not return and refund
Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
- Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
- The quality in product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
- Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
- We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office
- Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
